Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, and standard delivery is by Australia Post or our selected carrier and generally takes 3 – 5 business days depending on location. Please allow extra time for delivery in the lead up to Christmas.
Zenbu Bendigo are not responsible for delivery delays caused by a third party delivery company, however should your item not be received by the estimated delivery date, please contact us via our contact details below, and we will investigate the delay.
Zenbu Bendigo arranges shipment on the customer’s behalf and all tracking details are provided to the customer when booked. Courier deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours, and it is recommended that customers provide a delivery address where some-one is present as missed deliveries will incur a re-delivery charge. Customer instructions are required in the event that no person is present to receive the goods, and deliveries left in accordance with these instructions will constitute acceptance of the delivery by the customer.
Zenbu Bendigo currently only ships to addresses within Australia. Prices are $12.95 standard shipping and handling fee by Australia Post. Express shipping is $20.
Zenbu Bendigo has a 7 day return or exchange policy covering all purchases made from the Zenbu website excluding clearance sale items marked ‘SALE or DISCOUNT' – purchased with a discount. This return policy is in addition to any rights you may have under an applicable statute including your rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer law. This doesn't cover in-store purchases which only a credit or exchange is accepted.

The 7 day return period will commence from the date you receive the goods you have purchased and applies to any reason, even change of mind. If a refund is requested within this 7 day period, Zenbu will refund the purchase price of the goods and your account should be credited within 10 working days of the goods arriving back to us and if the goods arrive back to us in the condition they were received.
We kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
In the event that a return cannot be accepted, the sender will either have to pick up the item from our location or have it sent back to sender's address - costs will be borne by customer.
Your refund will not include:
-Return delivery charges which you will need to sort yourself
- Shipping charges (both ways) are not covered for overseas orders.
Where do I send it back?
To enable your return to be processed, please return items by registered post to
Zenbu – Returns,Shop 33 Bendigo Bank Central, Bendigo VIC 3550 with a copy of your invoice within 7 business days.
Zenbu Bendigo reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any product back into stock if it is damaged, used, or not in it’s original packaging.
Goods received in error
If the items delivered are different to those ordered, please contact Zenbu Bendigo on 0423 708 021 or email email@example.com to arrange for the items to be returned for exchange at the expense of Zenbu.
Items may be collected from the shop during our normal trading hours. This option is available for selection when making the purchase on-line.
WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT DAMAGED ITEMS? We sell giftware, so it is inevitable that some items will be damaged in transit. Returns will only be accepted if authorised by one of our representatives within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
